Childbirth Education
I offer independent childbirth education classes tailored to suit your needs. We will cover your changing pregnant body, your baby's development, comfort measures for pregnancy and labor, the stages of labor, routine interventions, informed consent, non-pharmaceutical methods of pain relief, pharmaceutical options available, breastfeeding and basic baby care, and adjusting to life after bringing baby home.
