Breastfeeding is a womanly art.  Give your baby the best start.  Prepare for those early days by learning all you can so that you can establish your milk supply and meet your baby's needs.

Mother-to-mother support makes breastfeeding much easier.  Attend a La Leche League meeting and surround yourself with other breastfeeding mothers who will gladly share their mothering experiences and eagerly listen to yours.
